Errant Star Ratings in ReviewsUpdated a year ago

From time to time, we'll receive a review rated at 1 star, but with a positive typed response. For example: 

Since these reviews cause confusion for other customers, we will temporarily hide the reviews, and reply with a link to this article. We want your feedback, both positive, and negative so we can improve our products and services, but we need to ensure that the review isn't confusing for other customers. 

Please follow these steps to fix the review: 

1. Go to https://judge.me/login2. Enter your email address, typically the one associated with your Ripstop by the Roll account. 

3. Check your email for a link that will allow you to log in to the review system. 

Find your review, and edit it. You can adjust the stars if you've had a great experience, or the wording if you haven't. Then, just respond to the email we sent you, and we'll republish the review.
