Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

International shipping costs do not include customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other related charges.

These fees are set by your country and may be collected by the shipping carrier before delivery. The customer is responsible for paying all customs fees, duties, taxes, and import charges.

Please contact your local customs office if you want to know what fees may apply to your order.

Returned Orders Due to Unpaid Fees

If your order is returned to us because customs fees, duties, or taxes were not paid, we will refund the order after it is returned to us.

The refund will be reduced by:

• our standard restocking fee
• any return shipping fees charged to us

Declared Order Value

We cannot declare a lower value for your order. We also cannot mark your order as a sample.

Please do not ask us to do this. The answer will always be no.

Declaring a lower value or marking an order incorrectly is against the law.

The declared value of your order will be the order subtotal after any discounts.
