Return Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item.
We recommend shipping returns with tracking. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Return Policy
Returns for a refund are accepted within 60 days from the day you receive your order. This gives you time to receive, inspect, review, and test your items.
Returned items must be 100% unused, in new condition, and packaged the same way they were sent to you.
Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as returns.
If you need a different item, size, color, quantity, or material, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.
Restocking Fees
For cut yardage and components, returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
For full rolls, returns are subject to a $25 restocking fee per roll.
How to Return an Item
To return an item, please:
- Make sure the item is unused and in new condition.
- Package the item the same way it was sent to you.
- Include a note with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Ship the return to the address below.

Returns take 2–3 business days to process once they are received.
If We Sent the Wrong Item
If you received the wrong item because of an error on our part, we will pay for shipping both ways and make it right.
Replacement orders caused by our error will be shipped using the same shipping method as the original order.
OutdoorINK / OmniColor / Laser cutting Returns
Sales on print-on-demand and custom cutting items are final. This includes custom cutting, printed fabric, printed webbing, kits, and other custom printed items.
Returns on these items will not be accepted.
